I am a parent of two young boys going to elementary school. I understand the 2nd amendment, personal safety, rights to own weapons, etc etc.. There is nothing that would possibly happen to stop the sell of weapons.. so atleast do one thing.. provide all kids with bulletproof backpacks or vests. Let my 1st grader get on the school bus wearing a bulletproof vest or a bulletproof backpack. Feels terrible to say but we need to balance the sides somehow!!
