Us 8th graders have to deal with website blockings on some of our favourite things. We know that it is for a reason and we agree on certain blockings. But some blocked websites are just ridiculous. For example, Wattpad is blocked. If you want us to read and write more, then why have you blocked this website?  Another example would be Webtoon. Another reading website, yes this website has comics but it still has funny stories. Would you rather have us read stories or play games on our computers? During our language arts time or during free time/dear time we have to bring our phones out and go through the hassle of going through settings, clicking on the school wifi, waiting for it to load, having to click accept then done but not the other way around cause then you'll have to start over. We spend more time getting the wifi to work than reading the stories on our phones. It would be easier to just pull up our laptops and start reading.
