In recent years acid attacks has increased a lot and Bangalore encountered recently two cases .Rape cases has no end only. I really don't see any need of mercy on these monsters and kept survived on our tax money. Like buldozer rule is covering India , we expect same kind of no mercy rule for these monsters as well. Because they don't deserve a second chance in life.
