The reconstruction of I95 will soon be coming to Northern Liberties. The highway was built upon dirt (fill) in the 1960's with little regard for how it divided our neighborhood or cut us off from Delaware Avenue and the waterfront.
Join the Northern Liberties business community in demanding that PennDot create parking (up to 600 spaces!), programmable community space, and a re-connection to the waterfront by re-building the highway on columns (viaduct).
