The 1 star hygiene rating that was awarded  to the UEA SU store bakery is fully deserving and us students are sick of it. We deserve better food, better quality service and wider of variety of snacks to eat whilst studying at a reasonable price. If a Greggs was built on campus all of these desires could be fulfilled in one fell swoop. 

There’s enough space on campus for such an institution to be built, The Barclays building for instance, could easily be refurbished into the bakery. It would also create more student jobs on campus which many would benefit from with increasing rent prices.

In conclusion, a Greggs would fit right into the UEA community with it being one of the most popular takeaways in the UK and would overall be a great addition to daily student life on campus.
