A new ECD Centre is being built at old Yetta Nathan creche in Carr Str,corner of Macingwane Str. in 'Uptown', Mzimhlophe. This will surely increase the volume of m/v traffic to and from the ECD Centre once it is completed. But if the local council together with JRA can build a bridge across the railway line on Carr Str from Uptown to Ezindlovini, traffic congestion will be eased off on the Phomolong station bridge to and from Kirllaney. Also,the bridge will help develop potential business opportunities along Carr Str and surrounding streets. That will help to decrease unemployment in and around Orlando West.
