The problem I want to address and many other girls at B.U.H.S is the dress code policy. This morning today around 65 other girls ‘& I were singled out for our clothing we were bought into the gym and we’re told “if we’re woman enough to dress like this we’re woman enough to get caught then we should be woman enough to change and dress right” dress right? how sorry? you mean fully clothed right? because every girl there was fully clothed due to the wide variety of body types a top may be acceptable as “school appropriate” on a girl like me while on my larger chested classmates the same top would be considered to “revealing or too low cut” the issue I want to present here is one of the gender discrimination where the policy mostly targeted feminine students which in that case those  students are then pulled out of class ashamed ‘& sexualized while students of the opposite genders continue to learning while I have to stop getting an education because of my clothing additionally in this heat student are mostly liking to dress in short or dresses to come to school which doesn’t seem to distract anyone there is so much to it and i hope this can change your point of view or the way you think towards young woman I would greatly appreciate it if you would sign and share this in all platforms thank you!
