We are petitioning B.C.M. to explain to us about all illegal electricity connections in East London and the Amatola District. 

We also want to know why they are still considering Temporary Structures after they send 335 million back to The Department Of Housing, when they know they have a blue card holders back log to build permanent housing for our people. We know "Izinyoka" are responsible for the high tariffs, and we know temporary structures bring more "izinyoka" to an area.

What are they doing to stop "Izinyoka" so that hardworking citizens can pay fair tariffs during these challenging economic times.
