STOP SPEEDING CARS IN WOODLAND RIDGE

We have had a persistent problem with speeding in our area due to the cut-through from S. Harrell's Ferry and Sherwood and Episcopal School traffic. People who do not even live in our neighborhood come down our streets doing sometimes 15 miles over the 25 mile per hour speed limit. This is a danger to us, our children and our beloved pets. After many attempts to get this solved through traditional means, I have created this petition to have our voices heard. Please sign to let Buddy Amoroso know that we desperately need help.
We are requesting one of the following to deter speeding in Woodland Ridge and Afton Oaks:
1. Speed humps, spaced appropriately for the length of road, on the major thoroughfares in Woodland Ridge and Afton Oaks.(Newcastle, Cardeza, Woodland Ridge Blvd., Tall Timbers, Westerwood)
2. A digital speedometer that photographs the vehicle's license plate and issues a ticket to the registrant.
3. Regular, intermittent patrol by police issuing tickets in peak traffic times(2pm to 4pm and 5pm to 7pm).
4. Last resort: More stop signs on these busy streets.
