In 2021, Sterling Karamar Property Management was sold to a greedy corporation "Alice Buckingham Holdings Inc." that has purchased several Sterling Karamar Properties in London, Ontario and has the intention to evict hundreds of its current long standing tenants in order to turn their townhomes into Condominiums.  In the middle of a pandemic and a housing crisis in Ontario, hundreds of families will be put on the street with no where to go. We are being forced to uproot our families and pay double the current rent we currently pay and forced to settle for a lower living standard. This simply cannot stand! After doing my own research and then seeking legal advice, it turns out what they are doing is completely legal. However I believe just because something is legal, does not make it right! I believe the government needs to intervene and put an end to this. We are not the first complex of families to be put out our housing and unless someone intervenes and puts a stop to it, it will not end here. I do not intend to go down without a fight, fighting for what is right.

Please stand together with all these families and do not let them throw hundreds of families on the street in order to become richer than they already are!!!
