In order for students to feel and operate at their best while at school, BU students are seeking a greater variety of fruits and vegetables at all BU dining halls!

There is a significant demand for healthier options and a great way to encourage students to eat healthier would be to serve an abundance of high quality, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Our students have put together a list of their most desired foods:

Fruits

  • Avocado
  • Grapes
  • Mango
  • Watermelon 
  • Berries
  • Kiwi

Vegetables

  • Sprouts
  • Bell Pepper
  • Mixed Greens (at all dining halls)
  • Purple Cabbage
  • Herbs
  • Cauliflower
