Daylight Saving Time causes many health risks such as lack of sleep, depression, increase rate in heart attacks and strokes, fatigue, cluster headaches, etc. Losing sleep is the biggest effect and when you switch to it in the spring, you lose an hour of sleep. It's more dangerous so we're looking to eliminate it. Having Standard Time year-round is what we believe to be the best solution.
