Recently I was expelled for selling an edible. However there was no VALID proof, they went off of allegations. Apparently the girl got sick from the edible because she ate the WHOLE thing being warned to eat a portion. She then told cops she “didn’t know what was in it” , the following week they pulled me out of class, asked me what happen last Friday , they continued to say “we already know the truth” (with NO evidence) so then they expelled me. However , how many students have been caught with weed, caught passing around weed which is still DISTRIBUTION & have been suspended and put on probation. This is my first time in 3 yrs being in trouble. Distribution is a FELONY charge which goes up to 20-50 yrs is jail. Does this punishment fit my “crime”? Those years I would go to jail is taking away from time with my child.. I would like to know if you guys think I should be able to return to school and be put on probation or if i should attend an alternative school .
