Get James Scott a new trial.

James Scott was wrongly charged and convicted of “intentionally causing a catastrophe”. July 16, 1993 in Quincy, Illinois a levee broke causing massive flooding. James Scott was accused of causing it to break so he could party without his wife. Numerous scientists testified that the levee broke due to structural problems. The prosecution never turned over evidence that they were required to, and James Scott was presumed guilty from the beginning. His conviction should be overturned due to prosecutorial misconduct, or at the very least he should get a new trial. Here’s a link to an article that tells the story better than I can.
