Jhon was illegally sentenced as he was incompetent at the time of his plea and he is currently incarcerated illegally in prison. Multiple doctors found Jhon incompetent and submitted their documents to the judge. Jhon was sentenced to 30 years in Florida State Prison for failure to take his prescribed medication and a traffic ticket which violated his probation. Jhon and his family have hired several attorneys and to no avail has he gotten relief.
