The y10s eat all the food in the main hall at break that the y11s need because we have exams and need to go at break as we have revision sessions  and exams etc at lunch.

This means that many students are going without eating proper food, only toast before going to lesson, lacking any gained energy from food. This puts a huge strain on our students as we need this energy to get us through the stress of our constant mocks, assessments and learning

The y10s are not in need of the main hall at break. They do not have exams this year other than english lit, so don't have countless lunches occupied by revision and other work like y11s do, so do not need the huge amount of food they buy at break, and go on to also buy at lunch!
