Brooklyn is a fantastic trainer, who deserves to be a Team Leader.  She has shown on numerous occasions how she would look after her team.  I believe metrics would be super high being able to have Brooklyn as our leader.  She makes coming to work feel more like a hobby then a job. While enforcing us to work hard, she doesn't take the fun out of it.  She respects everyone as her equal and doesn't belittle any of her class. Asking questions in order for us to learn is very encouraged. Helping us  prosper within the company is her main goal and makes it known.   She deserves this!!!!!
