Loneliness negativity affects people of all ages and it can be worse for your health than smoking fifteen cigarettes a day as it can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure and dementia.

By having youth groups and care homes working together, we can help to keep the elderly residents mentally active and the volunteering will also be greatly beneficial to young people as it encourage social inclusion, a closer community, and it can also contribute to schemes such as Duke of Edinburgh.
