These tragic children have been through hell, surely we can have some compassion towards them and give them love and care. Bromley Council are a disgrace to pull out of this agreement.

It is shocking that Bromley Council have made this decision. Apart from the moral stance it does not make sense financially as there are financial consequences for other boroughs which in turn feed in directly or indirectly to Bromley. Bromley Council be ashamed.
