We need trees to breathe. They produce oxygen and protection from the sun. When you see trees in lines or grouped together they are, one helping to stop the soil from eroding, two proving homes for animal and three slowing down global warming. When you cut down a tree you are hurting not only the environment, or the ecosystem but also your fellow humans. I know I enjoy going out side with a book or some sunglasses and sitting under a tree. Or going for a walk in the forest. We have to stop cutting down trees so forests are still there and trees hanging over roads are to. I get maybe trimming them to stop them from touching power lines. But to kill entire trees to build a home. Now that home is helping with global warming. Many people don't understand that to get a full size tree it takes about ten to fifteen years. That's long enough to cut down hundreds more. Also, people know that we don't replant enough trees for the amount we cut down. What happened to Arbor Day? If we stop trees for getting torn out of the ground we are helping us, animals and slowing the spread of global warming. If we lose we maybe swimming in the ocean or trying to live in scorching hot weather with little to no animal and very few trees. So please help me help the planet.
