Brockton, Massachusetts, a city which made a huge impact on the world has a rich history. That history is memorialized in the character and detailed architecture of our historic buildings. The city has been leveling these buildings and Brockton is losing it’s rich culture and historic footprints made by champions past. We have gone from four theaters downtown to none with no sign that these theaters ever existed.
History is important and the structures marked by time becomes enormous part of that. So with this said, let’s work together and make our voices heard to save and preserve our history. We don’t have much left and we are running against time. Let’s start by saving the facade of the old Brockton High School. Help us save the multiple bricks (landscapes use, etc), And the copper bay windows. Join us by signing this petition and let City Hall know what we the people who work and build our lives here want.
