British telecommunications have decided to decommission and remove the last Red telephone kiosk in Bishop Auckland.

A local community group applied to save the kiosk But we’re refused as they are not a council or registered charity.

We feel the kiosk is apart of our town’s heritage and it should be saved as part of our Market Place area.

The Iconic Red Telephone kiosk is recognised world wide, let’s take this opportunity and save the last remaining one in Bishop Auckland.
