St Anne’s Pier Car Park has faded indistinguishable parking bays, and covered with sand and water makes it impossible to know they are there unless you are familiar with it. There are no disabled bays for people that need a wider access to their car.  People are being issued penalties in a very deceptive manner! It’s time honest parking ticket paying people are given the service they pay for and are not targeted by money making private companies.

The penalties are issued by All Parking Services Ltd, the penalties arrive promptly but when you appeal you get no reply until it is too late to challenge their decision, and a letter from the debt collection department with a massively inflated penalty is the next correspondence you receive. 

There is no help from POPLA  or the British Parking Association.

This needs to change! I would like everyone that has been issued with a fine in such an unjust manner refunded.
