With the upcoming SEVENTEEN World Tour being (somewhat) announced and articles thus far only mentioning North America and Japan, a lot of European Carats are worried that SEVENTEEN will skip our continent again - so we made this petition, to (hopefully) show PLEDIS, HYBE and SEVENTEEN that there are a lot whole Carats in Europe that would love to see them in concert!
