Portillo's is an old Chicago inspired chain restaurant with INCREDIBLE food ranging from their famous italian beef, hot dogs with endless toppings, cheese fries from the heavens, pasta and salad galore, and a chocolate cake shake that will make you want to hug your momma. Most of the restaurant's locations are in Illinois, but last I heard they were attempting to expand. Bring Portillo's to Lexington, KY to please the people that are here from the Chicagoland area, and to enlighten those who haven't had the pleasure of receiving a red and white striped bag.
