We are asking for signatures in support of our head wrestling coach, Josh Walbom. Josh was falsely accused of a number of charges including hazing, stemming from an incident with a wrestler. The wrestler was bullying and making derogatory remarks about females and Coach Walbom gave him an extra 7 minute work out. This work out was a work out that would ordinarily be done in the wrestling room. After an internal investigation by our school district as well as a legal investigation, our Coach had all charges dropped. Our district handled this situation very poorly including having its own school resource officer investigate and not speaking with any adults involved prior to suspending our coach. They defamed this man's character and it was a very one sided investigation on the schools part due to politics and popularity!  We are asking that our school reinstate our coach. Coach Walbom is a great coach and a wonderful mentor to the wrestlers on the team. He has helped these kids in the most important times of their lives even sometimes through family loss. He has paid for the uniforms of kids who could not afford them and has helped them with school work in order to improve their grades. This has had a negative impact on our wrestlers as they all look up to Coach Walbom. It's time for our district to do the right thing.
