As many of you know, Officer Robert Bruno was transferred out of the Black Rock neighborhood a few months ago.  Officer Bruno had served the Black Rock Community faithfully for almost 11 years.  He has engaged with the residents and businesses of Black Rock.  He always made us feel safe, and was even willing to share his cell phone number with residents of the community.  When people called or texted with a problem, he always followed up.  His conviction to Black Rock is honest and proactive.  In a word, Officer Bruno is Exemplary.  BRING HIM BACK!
