Freedom For Nick
Our brother, Nick Lucanegro, is officially on the docket for a conditional medical release before the Florida Commission on Offender Review. (Parole Board)
If approved, Nick will be allowed to come back to New Jersey for palliative care for his late stage oral cancer. We have a plan in place for his transportation to New Jersey. He will receive home care here with assistance from JFK Haven Hospice.
I’m asking for one favor from you. Would you please send an email to the Commission stating your support for Nick’s release? It should contain your name and address, (maybe your title and your connection to Nick) as well as his name, DC number and the hearing date.
If you decide to help, your email should be sent to InmatesSupporter@fcor.state.fl.us.
“How do I submit written correspondence in support of an inmate” (below) is copied from the Commission’s website and gives the information you need.
Thank you so much … God bless you all,
