We have a wonderful community in north Mesa. There’s a growing population of health-conscious families that would gratefully support restaurants with better options. We have individuals with gluten, dairy, and egg allergies and those who want to eat to increase their quality of life. We have a myriad of marathoners, triathletes, body builders, and other athletes who want to optimize their performance. Tempe and Scottsdale offer great fast-casual eateries—FlowerChild, Cava, ChopShop, to name a few, but we want some closer! We want to attract similar businesses more local to us and reassure them that we’d be here to support them often! We want Vessel Kitchen to come to AZ and help them find the best site for success in north Mesa!
