I've read and researched about a series of events all circling back to stray and pet dogs who have been abandoned on roads, tortured, killed, starved, disrespected, forgotten and it really is horrifying to think about. Positive response to this petition would not only bring peace to me but to many other animal enthusiasts and pet parents by the fact that awareness is raised and people are actually taking action on it.
