We, the undersigned, are concerned Glendale Association Members who urge GAOR to act now and bring back the original Platform we were all using, I-Tech. The transition from I-tech to CRMLS has been very frustrating to the majority of agents in Glendale. Most agents do not have a MLS Listing Coordinator and input all listing on their own for many years now. Without Members approval, the Entire Platform has been changed!

1. The information provided is not 100% accurate, many comps are being left out.

2. Property owners address' are not all presented.

3. THIS PLATFORM IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. A job that use to take us roughly 20 min on I-tech, now takes about 2 hours on CRMLS. Where is the convenience and upgrade?

4. The app itself is useless and not handy while standing in front of a property trying to get quick information. I-tech with a simple input of the property address would show all information regarding the property. 

5. The younger generation, I would kindly say is a little more tech savvy & is having trouble adapting to this change; imagine all the stress the agents who have been a board member for over 20+ years are going through.

6. Overall, this platform is not practical or suitable for association members.
