Lancaster City Council has taken it upon themselves to cancel Roy Chubby Brown's show at The Platform in Morecambe, all because they want to be "fair and inclusive," we say this is sickening!

Chubby Brown has been around for decades, everyone knows what his acts are about, if that isn't their style of comedy, they simple won't go, but some people see his act for what it is, a comedy act, a style of comedy which is dying out due to cancel culture, a style of comedy they love! Literally nobody is going to go to a Chubby Brown gig and think "I didn't expect that, I'm offended!".. they talk about fair and inclusive but they're taking away people's choice whether or not they attend, that isn't fair, there are many people who love Chubby Brown, who may have grown up with him, they're taking away their choice to see him live, that isn't inclusive.. 

This cancel culture stuff is getting out of hand, they're e literally and needlessly preventing people from making a living, cancelling shows on the off chance somebody may not like it, you can't please everyone but pulling his show was a massive error of judgement, absolutely disgusting behaviour and the staff at The LCC should be ashamed!

We want Chubby Brown back at The Platform!
