After my personal dealing with public housing department - Department of  Community Justice, there are some racist and discrimination from the staffs to their customers. And serious public housing shortage, the wait list is 10 years long. 

I proposed to the general public for some changes to a transparent and fair operation in Department of Community & Justice, and also broaden the source of public housing, benefit people with investment property.

two changes: 

1. Public housing department - DCJ needs to list all their housing availability on their website like the realestate.com.au domain.com.au and publish a real figure of how many applications for each area. Every 3 months DCJ need to publish how many applications they have helped to settled in every area.
2. Allow public housing application to find private property from real estate agency and private owner, if the agency approve their application, then the housing application and the real estate agency can directly contact DCJ to get it granted, and exempt all government fees and tax and council rate for this property. This way will help the public housing shortage a great deal, also benefit the real estate market.
