The problem: I was terminated from my role as group exercise instructor for no reason. 

I care because: I’m always giving my heart and soul to the classes and have never been late or not shown up for the crunch members. I am one of the most popular instructors who loves her job and the members. 

The impact: I already miss my weekly fitness family at crunch, which was taken away because of unknown reason. This is an unjust decision against me, who has devoted my life to this company. I have proven myself over and over again with class sizes doubling, even tripled due to my energy teaching fitness. I am torn from a brand I supported for 6 years without any wrong doing on my behalf. Members are let down by this disservice done by management. Crunch allowed one person to sabotage my good name because they felt like it. I am human, with feelings, and so I am devastated to not continue building a strong community of athletes for a brand I loved �
