Bank of America has started a new pilot program only to select markets to allow minority communities to purchase but it should be available in the Greater Cleveland Market as well. We have one of the largest black and brown segments that could use hope and generational wealth. For many years Greater Cleveland has struggled with equitable wealth and we believe Bank of America can use our market segment as a pilot as well. This would make all the difference in creating a great impact in such a forgotten market.
