In 1973, Xavier University discontinued its participation in intercollegiate football due to funding. If we create fundraisers and get a team together we should start back up a team for the 2023 school year. Football is a great sport that isn’t all about talent. It is a great form of entertainment to those who are interested and it’s a great way to bring the community together!
