My name is helios, i work for the muddy fleet and Yet i yearn to make a change.

Numbered are intellectuals in today’s era but if you have crossed paths with this petition, it means you must be a patron of the fine Arts in life. 

since it all begun everything that truly Mattered changed, i only yearn for one comfort to return, the knowledge of high society. 

if you are a intellectual with either wealth or power, i must advise you to help bring back the Era of the newspaper: the seventh cloud, of science and arts [finemake inc.].

my hope Is that  this petition will receive the approval of the government so i may publish it to a wider audience. i am a registered citizen of Silverbass, and i demand the Rights i should receive.
