Hi, my name is Emily and I want to bring back Ruth’s Chris calamari. 

The appetizer consists of perfectly fried calamari, topped with a sweet and spicy asian chili sauce. This is accompanied by a beautiful lemon wedge (which just so happens to be in a super cute bag to catch the seeds). 

This dish has brought my family and friends together for 5+ years, and i’m sure it’s done the same for many others as well. 

If you haven’t been to Ruth’s Chris before, then this might not hit home as hard- I get that. If that’s the case, please support and sign this petition. Oh- and then hop in the car and go to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. �
