Ticket agencies during the pandemic went solely to electronic or "E" Tickets which was understandable at the time.  Now that that event is sunsetting the Ticket agencies should bring back paper tickets.  It's the only souvenir most people have to remember the event.  It should be an option for "E" tickets mot mandatory.  Some events are in places with horrible cellular service or clogged networks making it difficult to produce the ticket.
