The Apricot Lane Farms Project is exactly what the city of Moorpark needs to breathe new life into the city and the local economy.
"Apricot Lane Farms—an organic, biodynamic farm—had planned to build 18,865 square feet of new construction, including a 13,600-square-foot, two-story building for the restaurant and market and a smaller, single-story building for the microbrewery." -Acorn Newspaper
Unfortunately, they decided to walk away from the project after a substantial investment citing lack of trust.
There was a spirited city council meeting on June 7, 2017 where the people of Moorpark and the city united in the purpose of bringing the project back to life and in the process re-energizing our small town.
We need to convince the Chester family that we, the people of Moorpark, are behind them 100%. We will support them in any way we can to make this project move forward.
