i Connor Sherman will like to propose a petition to hold  of windham accountable of the Class B felony charges of animal cruelty, me and a large variety of individuals are willing to take part and take action to sign the petition and bring justice to animal cruelty. we have both videographic and photographic proof of that cruelty and negligence. i believe theres another dog in the household also and if there is me and others demand all animals taken away rightfuly
