A Brier resident has applied for a license to operate a home occupation business as a used sporting goods online retailer and federal firearms license (FFL). Anyone purchasing the firearms will come to the resident's home to sign paperwork and will leave with a firearm in hand. 

There are at least 3 elementary school bus stops within 2 blocks of the resident's house and multiple schools nearby. 

The safety of the children in our neighborhood is the main concern.
