Why this petition matters

Started by John Weatherly

Briarmeadow Neighbors,

This petition is in regards to the Notice for Variance Request 2021-0704 (Dunvale Village) posted at the dead end of Meadowglen Ln and Ann Arbor.

As Briarmeadow neighbors we are located just east of the proposed development  (Currently the AMC Property).

By signing this petition you are voicing and showing that you are in support of the Variance.

NOTE:  Support FOR the Variance communicates that you want the neighborhood boundaries to remain intact, having the current fence stay up and to not have the City of Houston open our Meadowglen Ln..to Dunvale as a pass-thru.

Meadowglen Lane is currently a dead end street and it has been that way since our neighborhood was created back in 1957.  The City of Houston's Planning Department/Committee is wanting to take down the fence, open our dead end and extend Meadowglen Ln through to Dunvale making it an open and passable road.

For the continued overall safety of our neighborhood and all who live here, preventing additional cars driving through as well as foot traffic, we are supporting the Variance which will allow Meadowglen Ln. to remain as is currently, as a dead end street.

Please sign this petition on or before 04/13/21 so we can send the results showing your support for the Variance to the COH Planning Commission and Committee before their next meeting on 4/15.

Thank you,

The HOA  Board
