Problem
The problem is that people who is convicted felons usually can not get good paying jobs in Florida do to there criminal history or is not able to go back to school and they either become repeating offenders or become homeless, and more and as the result it causes proverty and crime rate spikes in the communities and I believe if we give people a chance after they have done the time an served the the state line punishment they should be have chance to get it right. And also  I thank Florida workforce can benefit from some of most talent people out there that happen to make a mistake..

Solution
Committed a crime, did the time, and still have no equal rights to jobs, housing, voting, and other aid? This law will pertain to those both convicted felons and non-convicted felony individuals that have not committed a crime and other felonies, within the past 5 years. This will allow them to gain employment and sustain it, have a right to apply for federal aid for educational purposes, and also restore voting rights by allowing their criminal history to be discharged after they've reached the minimum 5 year anniversary of being incarcerated. This law will decrease poverty and unemployment, and also crime within our communities. This law will be for the exception of those who comitted violent offenses such as murder or sexual assault or any felonies against children or elderly such as theft or abuse of any kind and any felony committed against a person or institution who employed  hire a individual to thier buisness like Banks, daycares, Nursing homes, medical institutions, Animal shutters or Veterinary institution, and any other buisness they may be taken advantage of... this language was written in to protect employers...Our current laws implement as of Jan 2019 The passage of Amendment 4 gives back the full citizenship rights of the state’s 1.5 million ex-felons who were convicted and completed sentences for past crimes. For The exception: those who committed violent offenses such as murder or sexual offenses.

Personal story
My personal story is that I am a convicted Felon but was fortunate to start my own buisness to be able to provide for my family I made mistakes in life as a young minority because was in a poverty stricken area trying to make a living although that’s no excuse but if I knew what know now with maturity and surrounded with right people I would have been pushed in the right direction. But I thank God I was bless to overcome the odds an was able to get on my feet by wanting to do better for myself and I have brothers and family members and friends I know that will love to be able to have a second chance to live a productive life as a citizen of Florida with a good job and to be able to persue the career they have dream of an wanted .. And I believe all they want is to have a second chance to get it right .. This is not my whole story but it’s the reason I want to start this initiative of a second chance for my family and my state of Florida because I believe everybody needs a second chance no matter you color , race, sex, or religious preference...
