Cookie's Law

I am working to get a new law passed that requires child abusers to have to register, just like sex offenders. They should not be allowed to work with or around children after being convicted or pleading guilty to abusing a child. Most of these offenders get off with a slap on the wrist, little to no consequences for their actions and we have to do more to protect our children!! 

As a former foster parent, I have seen first hand the system fell these children. It is disgraceful and heartbreaking and we have to take a stand and make it harder for these abusers to commit these acts again! In honor of one of our beloved foster placements, I am asking for your support in signing this petition to help me get Cookie's Law passed in Georgia and then nationally. Together we can make a difference!!!!
