Brian Ahmad Oliver was killed on July 19, 2021 in his own neighborhood in Hartford, CT. Brian was an awesome young man who was respectful, loving and caring. He was an avid reader, aspiring entrepreneur and an awesome basketball player. Brian was also an aspiring rapper. He loved his family and would help anyone in his community. We are asking that you sign this petition, that is spearheaded by Brain’s mother; Sally Oliver as she request the park on Albany Ave where Brian grew up, be named the “Brian Ahmad Oliver” Park. The vision of this park is to help get our young men, young women, boys and girls off the streets. The park will be a safe place where the young people of the neighborhood can come to and learn life skills, build relationships, play basketball, double double and other games and sports.
