Henri MAJE a lancé cette pétition adressée à Mr Michel Barnier (Chief EEC negotiator for BREXIT)

UK has a foot in Europe since 1973 while keeping the second on the other side of the Channel, even the Atlantic (see part I)

UK wants access to European free trade while keeping its prerogatives, its currency and a lower contribution to EEC budget.

All this naturally led to the Brexit.

UK government and parliament asked for successive delays while being unable to agree on a exit agreement (part II)

To Mr Michel Barnier, chief EEC negotiator for Brexit, please refuse any more delay after October 31st and choose a no deal exit if necessary.

Why this petition:

  • To invite European citizens, never asked, to give their opinion about Brexit.
  • To clear out the uncertainty, currently damaging the European Economy  (who knows how worse the damages could be in case of an hypothetic bad deal in months or… years ?)
  • To reassure Michel Barnier, chief EEC negotiator for Brexit, of the European people’ support to stand strong against the UK in the hard negotiations coming.
  • To tell clearly to the UK government that EEC is not an open bar where you take what you want without giving something in return as other members do.

Who are we:

  • We are European citizens
  • We love the British people, and will never forget how brave they were in the World war I & II
  • We love this country, not only for music and beer
  • We respect the decision of Brexit voted in 2016 but we don’t want to sink with the ship !

If you agree with this petition’s objectives, please sign and share it with your friends and network.
