Litter dropped on the street doesn’t stay there. Rainwater and wind carries plastic waste into streams and rivers, and through drains. Drains lead to the ocean causing pollution.

Careless and improper waste disposal is also a big contributor to Ocean Pollution. Illegal dumping of waste adds greatly to the plastic issue in our sea.

We would like to introduce more Recycling Bins in the Ingatestone area to stop littering and try and help to stop the issue of plastic in Oceans around us.
