The Rael Organization will be applying for the renewal of their rezoning certificate when it expires in November 2022. Rael has been the subject of an investigation by the Department of Social Development and the owner Anthony David Hall has been captured in video abusing patients, promoting incest, conspiring to murder anyone who speaks out against him, conspiring to solicit person pornographic pictures for the purpose of blackmail and distribution, conspiring to commit various cyber crimes, soliciting and receiving donations into his own personal account, committing acts of GBV, uttering racist statements and threatened to have 5000 people occupy the farm free of government rules and laws. 

All of these things are captured on video. He has multiple harrassment orders against him and was recently arrested for breaking one of those orders. 

We cannot condone such a rehab in the Worcester community.
