To All parties involved with the BHS 2020 graduation,

By now you all have had to receive multiple emails from both students, and parents, stating their disappointment and outrage over last weeks email regarding their graduation.  As stated from the students themselves, they strongly feel that you all have let them down, and have only paid them lip service, when asked their opinions.

We as a community, and you as the administrators have got to do better than what is arranged at this time.  Please rethink the plan, process and date.  They all said they wanted to wait on the conference call.  Postpone it till after July 6th.  Governor Lamont said graduations with 150 could take place with restrictions.  A thought, is it can be done in 5 waves.  Student body of approx. 235 and 2 guests each, 705 people plus administrators.  There is plenty of room on the football field, with 10 foot squares, we would need about 47 painted lined squares.   People can stand, so that chairs don't need to be cleaned, in between to expedite the process.  If someone can't stand they can sit on the bleachers, which is no worse than standing behind the fence.  Parents can hand their own child their diploma.  People are willing and able to help in anyway you all want.  Please give us and them a chance.  Many of the students are saying they don't even want to go now, how terribly sad it that?
